Andy Warhol, Mao, Xerox, 1973
This original drawing of Mao was photocopied successively by Warhol, increasing the image between 1 and 2%. At the end of the edition, it became completely abstract. Publisher’s stamp on the back: Styria studio. It belonged to The New York Collection for Stockholm.
